The skies above Earth shimmered with eerie light as the Vanguard Array intercepted the first transmission—a message from the invaders. It wasn’t a warning or an ultimatum, just a single phrase repeated in countless alien dialects: “Prepare for harvest.” The message was followed by silence, then by the arrival of their fleet, a constellation of massive warships that loomed like malevolent gods over the planet. Humanity’s last hope wasn’t an army or a weapon, but a lone pilot, Callen Drake, a washed-out gamer and ex-cadet who had once mastered the Aegis Protocol, an experimental combat interface abandoned by Earth's militaries.
In a hidden hangar beneath the Nevada desert, Callen stood before the Solbreaker, a sleek starfighter built for the Protocol, its systems now live for the first time in decades. The cockpit glowed with a kaleidoscope of alien and human tech, a hybrid design that only someone like Callen could navigate. As alarms blared and the first enemy drones breached the stratosphere, he tightened his grip on the controls. The weight of Earth's survival pressed against his chest, but there was no time for fear. With a shuddering roar, the Solbreaker launched skyward, into the storm of alien war machines, its lone pilot ready to play the greatest game of his life.

Honestly I was never a huge fan of space invaders. But literally it was just because I'm bad at it lol. But your visuals are amazing! I love the explosion effects and tiny alien sprites. It kept me going to the final wave, a first in my space invader-like career.
